Some systems are under maintenance.
The issue has been fully resolved, and no further problems have been detected. Our platform appears to be operating normally. We thank you for your patience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The DDoS attack has been fully resolved and is no longer impacting our infrastructure. The performance of all cache and storage endpoints, as well as our applications and API, has returned to normal. We will continue to closely monitor the situation for a short period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our cache nodes continue to be affected by the attack. We are temporarily rerouting some of our cache nodes to different locations. This will not affect your access to files, but upload and download speeds may be temporarily reduced. We are continuing to mitigate the attack and will provide another update once the issue is fully resolved.
The attack is now fully under control, and access restrictions have been lifted. You should now be able to access our services without issues. We will continue to closely monitor the situation for a short period to ensure stability.
Due to an increase in the scale of the attack, we have begun experiencing access issues again. We have temporarily restricted traffic from countries with the highest load (USA, France, and China). It is expected that users in these regions may experience difficulties accessing our services. These restrictions will be lifted once the attack is under control.
We have implemented a fix and restored access to more than half of our storage endpoints and caches. We are closely monitoring the situation and working to bring our global infrastructure back to full functionality. In the meantime, you may still encounter errors when accessing some files, and upload/download performance may not yet be optimal.
To enhance the effectiveness of our DDoS mitigation efforts, we are actively coordinating with global ISPs.
We have lost full access to over half of our cache and storage endpoints. During this time, we are redirecting file traffic to the remaining active endpoints. You may experience issues with file uploads, downloads, and viewing. This is strictly an access issue, and your data remains safe. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our global infrastructure is being targeted by a large-scale DDoS attack. We have largely mitigated the attack affecting our applications and API. However, the attack continues to impact our worldwide cache and storage endpoints. We are actively working to further reduce the impact of the attack.
We are actively working to mitigate the DDoS activity. In the meantime, we are scaling our infrastructure to increase capacity and better handle the high traffic.
Our team is actively investigating the performance issues affecting our services. Users may experience delays in loading or downloading content across web, desktop, and Android applications.
We are currently investigating performance issues affecting our web, desktop, and Android applications, as well as our API. Users may experience longer upload and download times. The issue appears to be caused by unusually high traffic and potential DDoS activity.
